Die letzten Monate waren voll. Voll auf ne positive Art. Voll auf ne (ĂŒber-)fordernde Art. Voll GefĂŒhl, und auch VöllegefĂŒhl.
Hab viel geprobt, Tanzkurse vorbereitet und gehalten, gefilmt, schwere Gewichte gehoben, war bei Meisterschaften mit meinen Gruppen, und bei Ărzten, hab mich erinnert, dass ich eigenen Merch und freien Willen hab, und meinen Merch öfter getragen, und mein Auto leider leicht ramponiert. Aber es fĂ€hrt noch. Das ist das Wichtigste.
Lass uns hÀufiger die DualitÀt des Lebens feiern. Es erbaut sich immer aus Licht und Dunkelheit, oftmals gleichzeitig.
Also, was ich sagen will: Ich bin dankbar. FĂŒr die schönen Zeiten im Leben, und fĂŒr die dunklen Tage â€ïž

Iâm still very new to heels dance and am getting used to training technique in a way thatâs new to my body. Nonetheless, I feel like sharing my process just as it is: wobbly, sensual, sometimes smooth, and sometimes a little stiff. Iâll always be a student, and I cherish dance for that.
