Tonight is Flight Night!!
This month, we’re so excited to be featuring our friends at Adobe Hill Winery—a family-run Fallbrook gem built by husband and wife team Gordon & Vickie alongside their son (winemaker) Jason and his partner Camry. From restoring an old avocado grove to pouring their first wines out of a horse trailer (we love that), their story feels especially close to home for us at Cork & Stem. Gordon leads the long-term business vision, while Vickie brings a heart for connection and togetherness that you feel the moment you walk in.
It’s only fitting we’re pouring something just as unique—their 2023 Teroldego. Think dark fruit, a little savory umami, and that perfect in-between if Syrah and Pinot Noir had a baby. It’s bold, expressive, and seriously fun to drink.
Come check it out alongside their lineup at tonight’s Flight Night from 5–7pm. As always, one tasting is free for members, and $15 for the public. We can’t wait to see you! 🍷

Happy International Woman’s Day! Meet Jenna Martin Ernst, the founder behind @corkandstemsd — a San Diego wine bar and flower shop built around creativity, connection, and community. Jenna originally came from a nonprofit background, but her love for flowers, wine, and bringing people together inspired her to create something entirely new. What began as a passion project slowly grew into a vision for a space where people could gather, learn something new, and celebrate life’s everyday moments.
Originally planned as a future retirement project, Cork & Stem came to life sooner than expected during the pandemic. Taking the leap wasn’t without challenges, but Jenna leaned into the opportunity to build something meaningful — a place where guests could enjoy a glass of wine, design a bouquet, attend workshops, and connect with others in a creative environment.
Today, Cork & Stem has become a neighborhood gathering place where flowers, wine, and experiences come together. From floral workshops to wine tastings and community events, Jenna’s goal has always been simple: create a welcoming space where people feel inspired, supported, and a little more connected. 🌸🍷
