‼️MUTUAL AID RAFFLE‼️
I’m participating in a mutual aid raffle for folks in the twin cities affected by 🧊’s occupation. Folks have been unable to work or leave the house for fear of detainment, deportation, and the violence or worse that comes with.
I’ll be raffling off the quilted bundle listed below (#6) $10 per entry, 10 entries for $50. To enter:
-Venmo @alex -basler
-In the memo put your instagram handle or phone number so we can reach you if you win
-Include the corresponding number of the raffle you’re entering. If you want entered for multiple raffles, put the raffle number x how many entries (i.e. #5 x 1, #8 x 3)
Funds will be split between the Central Area Neighborhood Development Org, and the Minnesota Immigration Movement and buying PPE for folks protesting.

Hi. Chicago life has been full of ups and downs so far. The city is beautiful, school is amazing, and it’s just a great place to be. On the downside, I was recently diagnosed with Thyroid cancer. So that kinda sucks, but I could have cancer anywhere, so why not in a great city? And it seems pretty treatable, they’ll just cut out the offending thyroid bits, and I’ll be on my way. In the meantime I’m eating French toast and trying not to freak out about it 🤷🏻♀️
