Started off 2026 with 8 different projects. For this commercial build I went with the @arri Alexa 35 & @cookeoptics Varotal 20-100mm T3.1 on the @oconnorsupport Ultimate 2575D. This gave us a ton of flexibility on set for framing and doing some really fun zooms 🎥 thanks to @movies.by.nick and the rest of the team for a great production. I've often been asked if I miss Arizona and the truth is not a single day has passed that I do. It's nearing 1 year since I've moved to LA and my health, mindset, and career have improved dramatically. I'm happier than I've ever been in my entire life. The only thing I miss is my family & friends back in AZ and the gorgeous sunsets. Ever since I was young I've always looked forward to the future and as of lately I've been enjoying the spectacular now. Grateful for all of life's humbling experiences. 🙏🙏🙏

Some BTS from this commercial we are working on with top athletes from around the world. Super honored to be here working on a team of equally top tier filmmakers. Everything was filmed on the @reddigitalcinema Gemini Ranger 5K + Komodo 6K Stormtrooper & @blackmagicnewsofficial Ursa Mini Pro 12K with @atlaslensco anamorphics (32, 40, 65, 100mm). We chose to use 3x @brighttangerine misfit atom matteboxes paired with @breakthrough.photography X4 Cinema ND filters. Along with the @custommadeeasy Raptor Z Arm / Movi Pro / Rig Wheels systems with @cinemilled rigging. The experience went extremely smooth and I could not have asked for a better cast and crew to work alongside for this project. Shout out to @adamasdel + @tech_minds for bringing us onboard! @iamtamlam + @jakobrippe for building the mounts and driving the camera car. @benhessfilms for capturing incredible aerial shots with the Inspire 2.
