Every year thousands of people across the world take on “Murph” - one of the most iconic workouts in CrossFit.
The workout is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy’s and is completed in honour of fallen service members.
Murph consists of:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Optionally completed wearing a weighted vest.
But Murph isn’t about fitness.
It’s about resilience, sacrifice, community and pushing through discomfort alongside others.
And the best part?
It can be scaled to match ALL abilities.
Whether you complete every rep RX, split it with a partner, scale the movements or simply show up and give it your best effort. You’re part of something bigger than just a workout.

➡️ Banded around the world 5-6 Each side
➡️ Banded pass throughs (overs) :45s
➡️ Banded external rotation 10-12 Each side
➡️ Banded 90° rotation 10-12 Each side
