The band creates a sound that ranges from dark breakdowns to clear, melodic vocal passages, crafting a multi-layered and captivating sonic landscape. Catchy choruses and the raw, emotional intensity of the scream vocals contribute to the band’s unique sound.
In summer of 2023, the band performed at the Greenfield Festival (CH) and in early 2024 they were part of the Impericon Festival in Zurich. In August 2024 the band released their new EP called „Dreamworld“.

Days of Ruin were formed in 2017 by ex-members of Road To Nowhere, Omnicide and Paranoia. Shortly after, Michael Stucki, former singer of Art of Phobia, joined the band. Musically, Days of Ruin can be roughly categorised as metalcore, although pigeonholes are no longer cool today, which is why influences from death metal and other genres also find their way into the sound of the Bernese band. The essence is easy to describe: Days of Ruin stands for music that moves. And when this energy is discharged live, no one is guaranteed to stand still.
