Tommy has been the absolute top tier model for commitment, dedication and hard work over the past 12 months and the change speaks for itself.
@tommybreaks is a professional skateboarder and is the owner of @curbside_coaching . He came to us with sever back and hip issues from his skating career and the photo on the left was taken on his first day.
Since then he has been a regular and an absolute weapon to train. Always pushing as hard as he can while listening and taking on all the coaching brilliantly.
The picture on the right was taken today with no back pain and very limited stiffness in the hips. He can have full weekend of skating and pulls up ready to go for his busy week.
Tommy’s right side of his lower back was quite compressed and his hips were shifted to the right and they were stuck there, leaving him stiff and weak. As you can see from the pic on the right this has almost been completely corrected. Core and Intra-abdominal pressure has had a huge change and ribcage has expanded as a consequence.
