Wouldn’t you want to see your building before it was built?
At CORE, we can bring design to life with full-size mockups that give a true look and feel of the final product. For projects of this scale, those details matter.
These real world samples give clients the opportunity to evaluate materials, make adjustments, and move forward with confidence before construction begins.
Delivering exceptional construction services starts with getting the details right and helping our clients see the future of their building before it becomes reality.

Courtrooms, pickleball courts, and classrooms… oh my
Around the country progress is being had on CORE job sites. From breaking ground on the Madison Early Learning Center in Indiana to launching Fire Station No.24 in West Palm Beach, CORE is proud to deliver projects that support learning and public safety. In Tempe, Arizona, new pickleball courts are ready to fulfill the growing need in the area, while in Douglas County, we topped out the building of the Justice Center!
Each of these projects reflect our shared goal to build spaces that serve their communities.

CORE is building for the students of tomorrow!
Thank you to Brianna Manheim for sharing what it is like to teach while a new school is being built in real time. Through our work at Connolly Middle School and Curry Elementary, students and staff have remained on campus during construction, turning the process into a hands on learning opportunity.
From classroom conversations to student-led updates, including three eighth graders documenting the project for weekly announcements, this experience has brought construction to life in a meaningful way.

This week, during National Police Week, we want to say thank you to the men and women who serve and protect communities across the country.
At CORE, we understand that strong communities start with strong public safety. That is why we are committed to building facilities that support law enforcement in doing their jobs safely and effectively.
As the conversation around mental health continues to grow, we are focused on creating environments that promote wellness and provide officers with a true home away from home.

CORE paused work across the country to host OSHA Safety Stand-Down’s for all employees and trade partners on our different sites.
Together, we shared meals, reflected, and reinforced the importance of safety in our industry. With construction leading all industries in workplace fatalities, this year’s focus centered on fall protection, one of the most critical risks on any job site.
We were honored to have the Springfield Fire Department join us to share insights on emergency response, rescue, and recovery, strengthening our collective commitment to protecting every person on site..

As Safety in Construction Week comes to an end, we spent a day with Dan Garripoli, Senior Superintendent at Tucson Speedway, to talk about what it means to lead with safety.
With more than 25 years in the industry, Dan emphasized the importance of building strong habits every day. Construction is demanding work, and maintaining a safe job site requires consistency, awareness, and a commitment to looking out for one another.
Safety is not just a priority. It is a mindset that drives everything we do.

Nothing matters more than making it home to your family and loved ones!
Across CORE projects nationwide, our teams are participating in the National Safety Stand-Down, reinforcing that safety is the primary objective of everything we do. Education and awareness are key to staying prepared and protecting one another on every job-site.
Thank you to our safety team for leading the effort and to our field teams for their daily commitment to keeping our projects safe.

Today, on National Firefighter Day, we recognize and thank the brave men and women who keep our communities safe.
At CORE, public safety is at the heart of our commitment to Building for You. We do not see fire stations as just buildings. They are essential tools that help firefighters protect, prepare, and take care of themselves so they can serve others at the highest level.
We are proud to play a role in building facilities that support those who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities.

Our K-12 projects go beyond the job site and into the communities we serve...
That is why CORE partnered with Kitchell to speak with students in the Sacramento City Unified School District about the importance of company culture and exploring future careers in construction.
Thank you to Clayton B Wire Elementary School for hosting us and for supporting students from Pacific Elementary during their campus reconstruction. We are proud to be part of both the build and the experience.

This past weekend, our CORE team in Peoria, IL, partnered with Rebuilding Together to give back to the community.
From lawn care to painting and home repairs, our team rolled up their sleeves and spent the day supporting neighbors in need and helping revitalize homes.
We are proud of the work we do every day, but moments like this go beyond construction. It is about showing up, giving back, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Everything is bigger in Texas and this project proves it!
Garland ISD is partnering with CORE to build seven identical Multipurpose Activity Centers across seven high schools throughout the district.
These facilities are designed to support a wide range of student programs, from athletics to fine arts. Each campus will feature a 62,000-square-foot indoor practice facility with turf fields, divider nets, and band observation platforms, along with a 30,000-square-foot field house that includes locker rooms, weight training areas, coaches’ offices, meeting spaces, and athletic training areas.
This is more than a project. It is a new standard for high school training and student development.
