There’s an abundance of great studios that all do different things well. At Corepress, our classes are rooted in reformer Pilates,
but with a more modern, strength-focused approach.
We incorporate elements of strength training, along with weights, resistance bands, and props, to help you build muscle, improve stability, and move with more control. We use hard-to-find Merrithew reformers designed for precision, control, and a higher quality movement experience. Everything is designed to feel intentional so you’re not just working out, you’re actually building strength that supports you in your everyday life.
As for levels: Rather than restrict or force you into specific classes, all classes are designed for all levels. We offer progressions to challenge you further and modifications to support you in the movement, so you can adjust the intensity and get the most out of every class at your pace.
