Wow. I toured 8 countries, 13 cities across 7 weeks with the majority of it being with the amazingly talented @gavinturek along with @defectedrecords #croatia @lacapillaens and @nycpride
I brought my @akila.la glasses across the globe and got so much use out of the pulls from @arttoware in #nyc
When she could @christylynnhairartist always had my hair and eyebrows riiight
And I was supported by some world class DJS @itskanem held us down in #europe I got to jam with @lifeonplanets in #mexcio and @djclean@djdawsonnyc@djunt.il@badcolours_ and @iamvalfleury in the #unitedstates
I got to create with @lukesolomon@mousstigram and share space with my friends @melvobaptiste@honeydijon@rm47rm47rm47 and so many more.
I get be exhausted by and energized from living my dreams largely and out loud.

Grateful for honestly earned joy.
Thankful for the care, support, and resources that allowed me to find my way back to myself. California’s healthcare system gave me space to heal, and I do not take that lightly.
I am surrounded by a community of giants, healers, and spiritual saints.
The journey is not over, but this milestone deserves to be honored.
Infinite possibilities.

We are shaped by belief.
We become what we believe we are.
And we are always more than we yet know ourselves to be.
#Healing is a process.
Today I feel larger than I did yesterday.
Not because everything is resolved, but because I faced fear in the name of vulnerability.
I still believe I am here to care for people.
To leave people softer, freer, more seen than I found them.
I may fail at that sometimes.
I may be imperfect in my approach as I learn and grow.
But the intention remains.
I still have the capacity to #love.
And I refuse to let pain turn me away from #humanity.
Happy to be alive and anchored by love.
I’m learning to listen for the wisdom of my future self—trusting that I will become every version of me I dream of.
Boomeranging tenderness, pride, and care back onto myself…and committing to leave more in this world than I take.
