The Lifeline Canberra Gala 2026 didn’t come together overnight. Behind every moment of the experience is months of planning, collaboration, creativity, and vision. Then comes the big week, bump in, late nights, problem solving, and bringing every detail to life.
What guests experience on the night is only part of the story. What happens behind the scenes is so much more- and it’s exactly why we love what we do.
That’s a wrap on another incredible year supporting a fantastic cause. Copper Live is proud to be part of such an iconic event.

Once again the Lifeline Canberra Gala has amazed. Kindness, generosity and devotion to community, shone brightly last night as friends and family of Lifeline Canberra came together to raise funds for this vitally important service.

@lifeline_act is an organisation close to our hearts, and having the opportunity to contribute through our work is something we deeply value. The Gala plays a vital role in raising funds for critical crisis support and suicide prevention services, while also creating a space to come together, celebrate, and acknowledge the incredible work Lifeline does for our community.

Christmas in the City is one of those projects that truly showcases what we do best: turning complex, challenging environments into vibrant, welcoming experiences for the community.
From installing a giant Christmas tree in the middle of a live city precinct, to safely rigging oversized baubles in trees, to creating colourful, inviting spaces that feel alive day and night- our team thrives on the jobs that require precision, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Seeing these installations come to life and watching people wander through, stop for photos, and enjoy the festive atmosphere reminds us why we love what we do.

Carnival of Cups. Production management, reimagined.
For the second year running, Copper Live was trusted to deliver full-scale production management for the Carnival of Cups series- a multi-location event drawing over 30,000 attendees each season.
With performances from artists like @wearesheppard , @birdsoftokyo , @the_superjesus , @thelivingendaus , @nollsie , @daryl.braithwaite (just to name a few), each venue came with its own set of challenges, and every show needed a tailored solution.
We delivered:
✔️ Integrated staging designs using Mobile Stage trucks + custom scaffold systems
✔️ Site-specific layouts engineered to meet venue constraints and audience flow
✔️ Close collaboration with our friends at @eliteeventtech to make it all sing
✔️ The kind of on-the-ground execution that only works when every moving part clicks
🎤 Each site. A new design. A new plan. A new level of precision.
Next season kicks off this November, and we’re already building.
