Whether it’s learning to drive a forklift, setting up and taking down weddings, leading a tent crew, polishing cutlery, running payroll and HR, client experience management and business development, I quite literally do it all. I don’t back down from a challenge, and I have dreams bigger than I even realize sometimes. I couldn’t do it without my amazing husband, family and team, and I am so proud of who we are and who we grow to be.

Best crew in town! Naya was supposed to be at her Oma’s but she asked to come to work with me instead so I said let’s go! When I showed up on site and left her to read a book, she asked if she could help. Little did I know she would be an EXCELLENT helper. She picked up almost every stake bar and carried it back! Future dreamer in the making. 💕
