The most beautiful pleated skirt by Jean Paul Gaultier from SS1988. Straight cut, knee-length with 4 little stripes across, as seen on different blazers, trousers and skirts on the runway. I love these understated staple pieces, gorgeous garments that quietly become your signature and will always remain sophisticated and elegant. Quite stretchy, though the measurements looks small I wouldn’t recommend for XS as it will probably not stay up on the hips. Size IT44, fits women’s S,M & L. Jean Paul Gaultier FW2002 asymmetrically pleated skirt with wobbly stitching across. As seen on the runway in a gray pinstripe. Personally, I’m obsessed with this cream colourway, it’s way harder to find pieces in lighter colours in such pristine condition, even the brown leather details are flawless. Everything moves perfectly when worn, sits low on the waist, but it’s a wrap skirt afterall, so if you re-place the little buttons in the hemline you can wear it tailored to your preference! Should be from around the winter season of 2002-2005 ish, couldn’t spot the exact piece on the runway.
