THE DANISH ELECTRO-PUNK DUO MOR RETURNS FOR A REUNION SHOW AT COPENHELL 2026 âĄïž
MOR the electro-punk duo consisting of Karen Marie Ărsted (MĂ) and Josefine Struckmann (Nurse) is back.
Originally formed in Odense in 2007, MOR was active from 2007â2012, releasing two cult 7â vinyls:
Fisse I Dit FjĂŠs (2009) and Vanvidstimer (2011).
Now, 15 years later, the duo returns with the new EP Sort Nat, released on their own label, Lort Records, on Motherâs Day -May 10, 2026.
The EP features four previously unreleased tracks written in 2012, just before the band split up. Together with longtime collaborators Sylvester Struckmann and Danni Storm, MOR has finally completed the songs and brought them back to life.
At COPENHELL 2026, MOR will perform both old and new material in what promises to be an explosive reunion concert - their first live show in ten years.
âMOR shaped both of us deeply as artists and as people. It became the foundation for so much of the art and music we create today. It was a time of experimentation, freedom, and fearless energy â and we want to honor and manifest that spirit again.
At the same time, enough years have passed for us to step back into the MOR energy as the grown women we are today. To celebrate who we were, who weâve become, and a universal sisterhood across generations, past and present, punk and pop, wartime and peacetime.â
