Cool Medjool’s date sweetened chocolate 👀 Back in the recipe development phase for @coolmedjool , we couldn’t find a chocolate on the market that we thought was good enough to cover our organic Medjool dates. Annabelle, a certified nutritionist, wanted a chocolate that didn’t compromise the nutritional value of our recipes and Matt, with his thirty years experience as a chef, refused to compromise on taste. So we made our own. Our signature chocolate is made using only certified organic fair-trade cacao and dates - making it free from refined sugars or emulsifiers. Being Sydney locals we are also regular @harrisfarmmarkets shoppers - and seeing our products on the shelves is JUST SO EXCITING!! So much has been happening behind the scenes at @coolmedjool lately - and not just at our photoshoots - although it has been so much fun filming kids & chickens & chocolate for our Easter socials 🐓😂 But seriously, the most heartfelt thanks from us to our family & friends who are always pitching in to help us create content, give advice and support. We couldn’t do this without you 💛!! We’ve been growing - fast! You can now find us in more than 300 retail stores across the country! We’ve been on the phone and getting out & about visiting stores with the intention to meet every single retailer over the next few months. We’re also hosting Cool Medjool tastings in-store in our local areas - next one is at @flannerysorganic Mona Vale on Saturday 21st March, 11am!
