HYROX ✔️ What an experience. What a test. What a vibe. 💥
Shoutout to @f45_training_newton honestly, just a few sessions training there made a serious impact. The conditioning, the structure, the push from the coaches… it translated straight onto the HYROX floor. Proof that when you’re in the right environment, leveling up becomes inevitable.
Grateful for my relay team ,we showed up and left it all out there:
@andy_badz • @waraichjasvir • @cookiejr@dennisbottiglieri solid energy, strong mindset, and true teamwork from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to run this with.
This event was more than fitness it was mental strength, discipline, and pushing past limits. A reminder that when you commit, align your body and mind, and move with intention… results follow.
Already looking forward to the next one. Bigger goals. Stronger version. Let’s go. 🚀

Hyrox Vancouver was a very special weekend.
Saturday was my first race with, @annikaafoo a member from F45 Newton doing her first-ever Hyrox. Watching someone step into the unknown, commit fully, and rise to the challenge especially pushing mixed/men’s weights is what this sport is all about. Thank you for the effort, trust, and communication throughout the race. Can’t wait to run it back at Hyrox Vancouver next year 🙂
Sunday was all about sharing the experience. A men’s relay with friends who wanted to dive headfirst into Hyrox for the first time after just a month of after-hours training. Pure energy, laughs, and an unforgettable experience.
What sticks with me most isn’t the results it’s the F45 Newton community. Introducing Hyrox to members who barely knew what it was a few months ago, then showing up with 30+ people, pushing through together, and celebrating what we can do individually and as a team… that’s what this is really about.
Even more excited for what’s coming in 2026 😎
