I absolutely love being a camp councillor for queer and queer spawn youth at Camp Ten Oaks @tenoaksproject . Being able to connect with nature, participating in fostering a community that is grounded in social justice and creating a safe space for youth with complex identities and intersectionalities is truly a privilege. I’m coming to realize camp is really a part of me, and I’ll cherish it as long as I live.
