Corned beef hash with day old chip shop chips 10/10.
An ode to my grandfather who loved corned beef and to @lacquerchest where we often had corned beef hash made up of left overs and scraps from the fridge.
Gretchen was a vegetarian for most of my life and would generally put her nose up when we had meat. But every now and then she would be tempted to indulge and sometimes the smell of sweet onions caramelising in Worcester sauce, would get the better of her and she would have a tiny portion.
A very nostalgic lunch.. and @whatupfatlip first corned beef hash!!
