Infinite Dreams is a real-time generative artwork initially created for H&Mâs newly refurbished flagship store in Regent St, London. It is showcased on a large-scale LED canvas spanning two stories in the central atrium space. The animations are inspired by shimmering fabric floating in the air, resulting in bold and colourful backdrops. The dynamic canvas engages with customers as they move between the store floors on the escalator, by tracking their movements through a series of ceiling cameras and translating them into rippling trails across the artwork.This unexpected interaction allows customers to establish a stronger connection with the retail space, leaving behind their ephemeral mark on the wall - thus incorporating them into the architecture itself. As a permanent artwork, Infinite Dreams has been designed to continuously change in line with seasonal campaigns and collections, reinforcing the in-store experience for customers over time. The most recent installation of the artwork was at H&Mâs flagship store in Barcelona in May of 2023.

With experience agency ChangeUp, we created a space that demonstrated KUIUâs expertise, unparalleled gear, and didnât just look like another outdoor retail store. The storeâs striking visuals inspire shoppers to envision themselves on their once-in-a-lifetime adventure. From the epic exterior windows featuring KUIUâs outdoor apparel in action, to a tailored concierge shopping experience, we designed powerful moments for customers to learn more at every touchpoint. It was important to find solutions to simplify the intricate product story, such as the Pack Experience section of the store which is customizable and ensures shoppers have the correct gear for their journey. Every detail helps get customers in the right mindset for their trip, further building anticipation and excitement.

Three out of four TSC customers have a pet, so the Digital team devised a strategy to create a âMy Petâ page dedicated to customersâ pets that would include personalized information and available services to expand the relationship retailer experience to the online journey. Using information in those pet profiles logic was created to drive relevant, dynamic and personalized content on the page including shopping tiles based on pet type, informative articles, personalized item recommendations, a product reorder tab, medicine and subscription details, nearby PetVet Clinic locations, pet wash stations and Vet Insight.
