🔥 The cast iron cauldron lid is stunning, and so efficient with cooking meat! Nothing stuck to it, and the heat was distributed so well!
📝 We got the “SOT Sampler”, and from that I enjoyed the short rib and beef belly the most! I couldn’t help but also order a side of their WAGYU because the quality is too good to pass up here!

The matcha is ceremonial grade sourced from @parutea that has a nutty but earthy taste- I also love the chubby cup packaging, and every drink is made automatically with oat milk.
However, I did notice that they pre-whisk the ceremonial grade Matcha in the back ahead of time. But the coffee is phin brewed 🤎
