This Sunday, we’re reuniting with the @natlbraintumorsociety for the National Brain Tumor Ride, one of its signature fundraising events. This annual event gathers hundreds of riders, spectators, and survivors in Waltham for the start of a bike ride through ten picturesque New England communities. Conventures is proud to help produce the event with a range of municipal partners, coordinate the start/finish area festival, and manage a cycling course across 50 scenic miles.

Tonight, our team is partnering with @massinc_org to honor the organization's 30th anniversary in the heart of Downtown Boston! Located at the State Room at 60 State Street, this celebration will bring together hundreds of civic leaders, policymakers, and journalists to celebrate MassINC’s commitment to shaping public dialogue and informed policy across Massachusetts. Our team has been actively involved with pre-event planning and logistics, and will provide overall event management throughout the evening.
We kicked off our busy May schedule with Walk for Hunger at Boston Common! Hosted by @projectbread , the event gathered thousands for a 3-mile walk to raise awareness and funds for hunger relief across Massachusetts. In addition to the Walk, the event also featured live cooking demonstrations, lawn games, photo booths, and more. It was an honor to assist with logistics and on-site execution for this beloved local tradition, and help make a lasting impact in our community.

Tomorrow, Conventures will team up with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce to produce its Annual Meeting!
Celebrating a landmark year for Boston, this year's theme "Revolutionary Past. Visionary Future" honors a big year for our city and the people who empower its businesses. The event features musical performances, a speaking program, and the induction of the 2026 honorees into the Academy of Distinguished Bostonians. We'll assist with stage production, guest registration, and the full event production to create a wonderful evening for more than 1,500 business, civic, and non-profit leaders from across the Commonwealth.
Tomorrow, Conventures is returning to Castle Island on for the @mchrboston ! This event uplifts local military families, active military members, and veterans, and raises funds for the @marinescholars and @fisherhousebos . Hundreds of runners and walkers will enjoy a free warm-up, vendor samples, and scenic views as they go through the fastest 5K course in Boston. Our team is actively involved in the pre-event planning and promotion of the race, and we will provide staffing and on-site support during race morning.
Today, we’re reuniting with @bcncinc to bring its Annual Lantern Festival Gala to life at multiple locations throughout Chinatown! The Gala serves as the largest fundraiser for BCNC’s holistic, family-centered programming that supports 13,000 children, youth, and adults in Greater Boston.
The event will gather hundreds of guests and begin with a sponsor reception at the @paoartscenter , then move to the Chinatown Gate for cultural performances, before culminating with a 10-course traditional Chinese banquet at China Pearl. Conventures will manage all elements of event production to create a magical evening that celebrates community, culture, and powerful immigrant stories.

Conventures reunited with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) to help two of its chapters recognize the leadership and accomplishments of local public, private, and nonprofit boards. Last Thursday, we provided overall event management for the 2026 Director of the Year Awards by NACD New England at the @fairmontcopley . This annual event celebrates impactful board directors in New England, and we were proud to help celebrate some of the brightest stars in our neck of the woods.
This week, some of the Conventures team travelled to West Orange, New Jersey to assist NACD New Jersey with its own Director of the Year Awards. Now in its seventh year, this annual event gathers corporate and government leaders to honor outstanding contributions to board leadership and governance effectiveness in the Garden State. Conventures helped manage production for the evening’s reception and speaking program, and ensured that hundreds of guests had an unforgettable night.
We're proud to announce that our own Dusty Rhodes was recognized as one of the Most Influential Bostonians for 2026! She joins other distinguished figures on this compilation, which @bostonmagazine generates annually.

It’s officially the spring event season, and we're excited to introduce local venues that are perfect for seasonal events. This month, we’re excited to highlight the BCA Cyclorama, a national landmark located in the South End neighborhood of Boston. Built in 1884, the iconic venue originally housed a panoramic depiction of The Battle of Gettysburg, and was later transformed into an entertainment venue. Today, the Cyclorama is a part of the @boscenterforarts , and regularly hosts some of Boston’s most spectacular events.

As America continues its big birthday in 2026, Conventures is partnering with the Town of Lexington, MA for its 2026 Patriots’ Day Reenactment and Parade tomorrow! The celebration commemorates the Battle of Lexington, the first major battle in the American Revolution which took place 251 years ago. Our team will produce the components of the event, including audio-video, security, programming, and parade management, as Lexington celebrates its revolutionary history with visitors from around the world. Patriots' Day was born in Lexington!
Recently we've found ourselves both at the front desk and behind the scenes - pulling together engaging elements for large conferences. Spanning several days and hosting hundreds of guests, these conferences have been, and continue to be important touchstones for the host brand, message, and network. This evening, we’re joining forces with the @isenbergumass ’s Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management for its 2026 HTM Annual Awards Dinner! Located at the @omnibostonhotel , this event recognizes and promotes the HTM Department, its graduates, and showcases the ever-growing hospitality industry.
