Monday blues? The cure might just be good Japanese food in a calm, elegant setting like Kikyo at The Troika.
While the omakase menu is always a good idea, Chef Sean Thu’s à la carte plates make a strong case for a relaxed evening. Our favourite? The Dry Aged Squid, smoked over coals and finished with a glossy ponzu butter sauce. Then came the Wagyu Tataki, Soft Shell Crab Katsu, Unagi Ebi Roll, and a Tofu Avocado Salad to keep things balanced.
We wrapped up the night with the Yuzu Tart and Cheese Cake Mousse, both so delicious we're already planning round two.
