The result is a wine with remarkable depth, freshness, and vibrancy, balanced by tender tannins. It displays the savory minerality characteristic of our site, wrapped in silky red and black fruit with floral notes.

The beautiful tall white flowers are daikon radish, used to aerate our soils. Our cover crop mix, including blue flax, is specially designed for each facet of our vineyard to help build the organic content of our soils and deliver nutrients to our vines.
