Last week, members of Continental’s Marketing team, Garrett Hrncir, Gazelle Liss, Andria Kimble, and Pieper House attended the 2026 Apartment Innovation and Marketing Conference (AIM) in Huntington Beach, California.
During the three-day event, the team explored key topics including AI readiness and governance, AEO and renter search, reputation management, and emerging technology. The team also connected with industry peers, including our partners at Apartment List and Zillow.
