We rotate the fruit across the season between blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and more, all making their way onto this bite. They all pair cleanly with the sharp taste of the cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze to enhance the sweet and tangy profile.

Summer weddings ask more of a catering team than most guests ever see.
When celebrations take place in open air or under a tent, every detail behind the scenes matters. Ingredients are sourced in the nearest city, packed carefully into ice chests, and transported with specialized ice packs to keep everything at the proper temperature from kitchen to site.
Sometimes that means bringing in additional cooler trailers or building temporary kitchen setups on location. The goal is simple: every dish arrives exactly as it should.
Guests enjoy the evening. We handle everything that makes it possible.
