Constructing Hope provides a free, 10-week, construction and life skills pre-apprenticeship training program to disadvantaged individuals. Specifically those who have legal history, are low-income, and people of color.

Last night, we celebrated our final graduation of 2025 — honoring 20 new graduates of Constructing Hope!✨
This year, we have seen 87 individuals graduate and take one step closer toward their lifelong careers.
We are also proud to share that 90% of our 2025 graduates finished with tier one status and a little over half achieved perfect attendance!🎉
