Our Van Buren plant welcomed future Constellium colleagues last week at their first Take Your Child to Work Day!
Kids aged 5 to 15 enjoyed a day of discovery—starting with a safety orientation, followed by a behind the scenes plant tour to see how aluminum automotive components are made. Then, they rolled up their sleeves for hands on activities with teams from Product Development, Procurement, Sales, and HR, asking great questions and getting a glimpse into the many career paths that power Constellium. The day wrapped up with lunch alongside their parents and plenty of excited storytelling.
A big thank you to all our employees who helped make this day memorable and inspiring for the next generation!

Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, and our commitment a more sustainable future is built to last.
This Earth Day, Constellium is proud to support a future where reducing emissions, expanding recycling, and fostering innovation help reduce our carbon footprint while strengthening the industries we serve.
In 2025, Constellium continued to turn sustainability goals into action:
- Reduced overall emissions intensity (scopes 1, 2 and 3) by 16% compared to 2024, thanks to expanded recycling capacity—particularly at our new recycling center in Neuf-Brisach—and to a lower carbon footprint for the primary metal we purchase.
- Improved scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 14% versus 2024, thanks to increased procurement of renewable electricity, along with operational improvements and ongoing investments in energy efficiency at our plants
- Eliminated the last use of coal in our operations, reducing the company’s overall Sox emissions by 90% in 2025
- Decreased water withdrawal over five years, including -20% at Neuf-Brisach and -70% in Issoire, two of our largest sites.
- Recycled 86% of the waste we generate

These honors mark the third time in four years that our team has received both awards, reinforcing our “best in class” performance in quality, delivery, and collaboration.

🔹 Shaping the Future – University Technology Center (U.K.) and Děčín for developing a new generation of free machining aluminum alloys
