I interviewed the big boss himself, Richard Russell, founder and owner of XL Recordings. He’s one of the most interesting people in the music industry, and seems to be in it for all the right reasons. 3 hours of conversation became 33 pages of transcription, which became a long piece which is on P&P now. We also got some exclusive studio photos taken by Ed Morris from the sessions for Richard’s guest packed album, which is out next year.
