@conorgadd has been delighting us at @trullo_restaurant for years so it wasn’t a surprise to find his exceptional touch and love for Italian cooking at his newly open - @burro_restaurant , nestled away in Flower Court, Covent Garden - with spacious, warm interiors and even more inviting food. The burrata with marinated corno peppers and fried artichoke with bottarga was an antipasti match made in heaven, followed by humble strozzapreti all’amatricina and ending in style (and fun) with a tiramisu bombolone that can’t be missed. A place that already feels and delivers like a classic.
