My husband and I went to Mexico for the first time together back in February. (It was beautiful and I regret not bringing my camera!) We were only home for a full day when we heard about the craziness and lock downs happening right near/where we stayed. We feel so grateful for the timing, and our hearts have been with everyone who was impacted there.

When those unexpected clouds roll in and you can’t create what you want to... I didn’t know when we jumped in the car that we’d find a better spot than we were in, and it was risking daylight to pivot, but I trusted my gut and it ended up working out better than I hoped. You never know what better thing is waiting for you if you don’t trust yourself and take those risks 😘
