For years we have worked hard to implement systems and policies. Yes, there’s always multiple ways to do something with the same out come…..But, having a few crews it’s not economical to have different ways to do stuff. One guy goes from one site to the next and has to remember how one Forman likes it done to the next? No, work with your Forman’s together to collectively come up with systems…everyone is on the same page.
The guys have worked their asses off this year.
Ready to place concrete Friday and have some down time.

We had some of our recent projects photographed a couple of weeks ago. Here’s a sneak peak of what’s to come…. Incredibly proud of the team we have built. This project was full of detail and we nailed everyone!
The safety board is up for our next project which means @manpowerdemolition is up next. Large renovation with a 3000 sqft addition being added on and tied into the existing structure. Excited to get this one started. Let’s go baby!!!
Our episode of this old house is coming to an end… the clients have moved back in and are unpacking. We are back for some touchups. Can you find the bottle of whiskey we found during the project???
