I will also be hosting a series to reset the nervous system called LEAVES & LIGHT. It’s been a while!! Let’s learn some somatic practices, meditate and get a nice tea ritual in. You’ll take home a little tea and an affirmation card to help remind you how to move through the world with a semblance of balance. 😉

This series is not about being taught a specific tradition or culture, but will be a space to safely explore ancestral veneration in community for those being called to dig deeper into their own spiritual lineages.
