Visited the land after what has been a rather difficult month and a half, and discovered that the humble potato had, in our absence, decided to take upon itself the role of becoming the first gift of the land. That joy was much needed. And then there is that feeling of gratitude that we have friends who look after everything on the land like it were their own. What more could one ask for?

โYou havenโt posted in a while now.โ The gentle scolding by @pearllobo is good reason to resume the updates after a longish year end break. In the meantime, slow but steady and sure steps have been taken on the land. A major part of the planting is done. Some landscaping like the walkway in this picture has been undertaken. And we expect to get the irrigation system going in the next few days.
This year promises to be the one where the land will begin to look like a space it is intended to become. We hope your year too turns out to be one where all that you imagined turns to reality.
