Capricorn season always calls for focus and determination, streamlining the things we do and how we show up in the world. The sea goat balances earth and water, combining earthy ambition with emotional depth. My Costar promised a year where I get everything I want when I realize I have everything I’ve wanted.
Earlier in January I spent a weekend in Sea Ranch, a place I adore, with people I cherish. We woke up slowly and lost hours cooking, soaked in a glorious sunset and an equally glorious hot tub. I was enchanted yet again by a brief time up the coast, which always feels close yet distant, like stepping into an empty stained-glass chapel.
Returning back to life, and on the precipice of January’s exit, I hope to slow this year down with more creation, more nourishment, more analog mornings at the playground with cameras as my only devices. Let’s turn our small threads of hope into action for the rest of the year. 🐐
