Created for Eli Cortiñas – The Machine Monologues (2024–2025), presented during EUROPALIA ESPAÑA | Resistance. The Power of the Image, the elements were designed to integrate seamlessly into the spatial narrative of the exhibition.

Over the past weeks, ASSISEN LIVE – DE WRAAKMOORD by @backstageproducties was playing to full houses.
Concept Factory was responsible for the construction of several key set pieces for this production. From technical build to on-stage durability, each element was crafted to support the story and withstand the intensity of a live theatrical run.
Seeing these pieces come to life on stage is always the most rewarding part of the process.

Both rooms were fully re-thematised by Concept Factory in just 2.5 weeks. From story to puzzles to final experience.
What does it take to build a world that doesn't exist? 🍄🎩
For the musical Alice in Wonderland by @deep_bridge , we were responsible for the complete scenography: from engineering to final execution.
The project included the technical design and construction of complex aluminium frame structures with integrated trees, as well as high-end 3D sculpting of organic elements such as lifelike mushrooms. Every scenic element was developed with a strong focus on detail, safety and functionality within a live musical environment.
Alice in Wonderland required a world where imagination becomes tangible. By combining craftsmanship with technical precision, we created a fully immersive scenographic universe that visually supports the story and draws the audience deep into Wonderland.

This season of James & Co started with a question: how far can a set piece go?
We answered it with an oversized pig designed to do more than stand out. Built to fly through the air, then return to the stage as an interactive element, it became an active part of the show rather than a static prop. 🐷
Once grounded, the structure allowed the presenter to pull props from inside, turning scenography into performance.
The result was a glamorous, beautifully finished pig that blended seamlessly into the rhythm and visual language of the show. Bold in size, precise in engineering, and perfectly in tune with the energy of James & Co.

For this duck fishing experience at Plopsaland De Panne, it’s the craftsmanship, playful colors, and hand-painted details that create a moment of pure wonder and nostalgia.

Het start hier: tussen technische tekeningen vol zaagsel, het geluid van machines en de handen die ideeën omzetten in echte werelden.
Van het vormgeven van EPS-sculpturen tot het bouwen van volledige themadecors, elk detail wordt met precisie en vakmanschap gemaakt door het team.
Deze beelden tonen een stukje van het proces dat meestal achter de schermen blijft: samenwerken, creëren en de drive om iets unieks neer te zetten.
