Our Eltham project - a benchmark for expansive residential architecture - features a custom engineered pool defined by a spectacular 9m internal sunken lounge.
This luxurious space, highlighted by bespoke in-situ concrete bench seating and dramatic curved floating steppers, will include an integrated gas fireplace in its centre - with the lounge also doubling as a swim up bar.
After all, a truly grand residence like this one, demands equally impressive landscaping.
