Time to share something I’ve been working on. You have most likely heard me talking about this show I’ve been adapting/writing/producing/acting in for the better part of 6 months.

The brilliant, talented @conarter and I have been taking time deciphering this Greek play, originally created by a psychologist, and adapting it for a New York audience. Under the direction of @daniel_elias_cohen , our adaptation is a reflection of our own process in searching for life’s ultimate meaning and it has been a wild ride.

Not to get soft … but yesterday really got me.
I gotta thank my creator, my mama, who bred a brat and loved her anyway.
The amount of people who showed up for me is surreal.
To my everyday people- you make my feet hit the ground daily..
For my “we pick up where we left off” people- I fucking love that about us…
and to the ones I haven’t seen in years who still reach out- I got way too high off that hit.
I felt very loved in a way I wasn’t expecting. It genuinely meant so much.
Like… “oh wow people actually think about me when I’m not directly in front of them how can that be?”
I did cry. A lot.
Mostly happy tears, some… probably related to my declining collagen and mental health.. but it was mostly just gratitude in liquid form.
I feel so lucky to be alive at the same time as all of you. I love you all very much.
Thank you for making me feel that.
To my absolute everything and my forever valentine, I love you more everyday. I’m so lucky I got you in this life. I hope I find you in the next one too💓
