ONE DAY AK Style Rifle Match with "Time Plus w Points" Scoring
Eight stages of dynamic moving-and-shooting await all who dare to test their skill with the rifles of the people and prove your worth to the collective.
Target Distances 10 - 250 Yards approx.
Divisions
Traditional Heavy Irons 7.62 of all variants x39, x54R, x51 (Iron Sights Only)
Traditional Light Irons 5.45 or .223 (Iron Sights Only)
Traditional Heavy Optics 7.62 of all variants x39, x54R, x51 (Any Optic Combination)
Traditional Light Optics 5.45 or .223 (Any Optic Combination)
Approved weapon systems of the people:
Bring your AKs, Vz.58s, Galils, Daewoos, Valmets, FALs, SKS and SIG 55X, Mini 14s, HK roller guns and M1a1s. Prove your mettle to the command!
Trophies/prizes will be awarded per division. Prizes will be awarded for stage wins and "Best Larper" as decided by the organizers. A random draw prize table will also be present.
Round count 250 or less shot clean.

Full weekend of shooting, Saturday @comradecup , first rifle match, finished 15th out of 114 and walked with a @tortortmfg gift certificate. The @leupoldoptics MK6 was awesome, one of 7/114 to get the 500 yard bonus target, 1 of 2 to get it cold bore first shot of the match… Sunday @docweltmemorial match, managed to hang on for the win in A class limited optics, and got the bump to M class. Thanks to all of the hardworking people who made both of these matches happen and thanks to tortort manufacturing for the hook up at the prize table. #docweltmemorialmatch #comradecup #galil #atlas #leupold
Follow along from this past weekend at the Comrade Cup—running the M85 through stages all day and putting it to work 🎯
From fast transitions to pushing distance, every stage brought something different and kept the pressure on. This setup stayed solid the whole time and let me focus on just running the gun and staying in the moment.
Ended the day with 2nd in Light Optics and 4th overall—proof that consistency and preparation pay off.
Big shoutout to everyone who came out, the competition was stacked, and to the sponsors for backing an awesome match.
