comput3r.grl is a multidisciplinary musician - violinist, bassist, DJ - who revels in the nostalgia of technology and staying out until 5am. As a graduate of the rhythm section, she prioritizes high energy, creative blends, chunky bass lines and percussion that can set any crowd free.
“From New York, currently living in Los Angeles, and got into djing because I love to learn. An independent bookstore in my neighborhood, Heavy Manners, hosted a Dj 101 class in 2023 - I attended, loved it, bought a DDJ400 off a youth from UCLA via marketplace the next day and then immediately forgot about it. I was on tour playing bass in a band at the time and wanted to prioritize that for a bit! Fast forward to 2024, I went to a bar called club Tee Gee in Atwater Village and two Djs doing a b2b set reminded me: I have all the equipment to do this! and ive been Djing, learning and leveling up ever since!”
