Open House Week Day 4! Still going strong with lactate threshold training: “Reminisce” - Running, Sit ups, weighted runs, and weighted step ups. Each person had their own modifications that was right for them today. We adjusted weights, box heights, subbed running with biking, reduced reps if needed, but we were all in this together 👊

Be like Faith. She’ll be 68 next month, has carpal tunnel, and with the right modifications, she trains with us 3-4x/week. She started with us at our last Open House Week and hasn’t looked back!! You’re not too _____ to make a positive change to your future. You’re not too out of shape. You’re not too old. You’re not too tall/short/weak/stiff/etc. That shoulder/knee/hip/thing can’t hold you back anymore. We help you find what you CAN do, and we build from there. Why let the kids have all the fun?! What is Open House Week? It’s where you 🫵 can train with us for a full week for FREE. We help people of all ages get stronger, improve their ability to move, and live their lives to the fullest out in the world. Our whole goal is to help as many people as we can KICK ASS INTO THEIR 90s! Together, we want to travel, adventure, play golf, keep up with the kids, maintain our independence, and handle ANYTHING that comes our way. Trying something new can be intimidating, nerve wracking, full of expectations… and we want to take all that away, with no strings attached. I mean… what if it’s awesome? (It is.)
