Before you read, I just want to thank everyone who has supported me. It means a lot. There’s something I need to speak about regarding my previous sponsorship management company, @essorsport . I signed with EssorSports on November 21st for marketing and sponsorship management. When I signed, I was presented with a number of benefits and plans that would help support my career so that I could focus fully on training and competing. For the past 10 years I’ve trained nearly every day and fought with pride for my country, my club, and my family. Anyone who knows me knows that if I’m not at work, I’m in the gym, and if I’m not in the gym I’m resting and recovering so I can perform at my best. Out of the 11 benefits that were outlined to me, only two were completed, and those only happened after repeated follow-ups on my side. During one of the toughest weeks of my career, when two opponents pulled out of fights, I was also disappointed not to receive communication or support when I reached out regarding certain concerns, including posts about me being removed from their page. They didn’t even show up to the event. Very disappointing and shameful of them not to. As athletes we put everything into this sport. We sacrifice our bodies, our time, and our lives to compete at the highest level, and professionalism and communication are extremely important in relationships between fighters and those representing them. I’m not writing this out of anger. I’m simply asking for accountability and an apology, and also sharing my experience so other fighters understand how important it is to carefully consider the people they choose to work with. There has been some other rumours that I’ve heard and rest assured I will be discussing these publicly and see if you guys will continue to lie. I’m grateful for my coaches, my teammates, and everyone who has supported me through this period. Their support has meant a lot. I will be back fighting again. I don’t know exactly when yet, but when I do, I promise it will be a night to remember. Thank you all for the support. Back to work. God bless

This really hurts to type this I’m really heartbroken but I will not be fighting on cage warriors 200 card. My opponent pulled this morning with injury. I am really really gutted I trained so hard and I’m heartbroken cage warriors 200 is the biggest card in cage warriors history and I won’t be apart of it. 2 pull outs during this camp. I’m sorry to all who bought tickets it’s really out of my control. Never felt this type of pain before but I know it will fuel me.
