I’m trying to find some outboard hubs because I had to limited 5 inches of down travel because of the Plaid motor being so wide my axle angle is ridiculous.

We will be available on Wednesday 12/31 until 12pm, closed on Thursday for New Years, and closed on Friday for inventory. We will be back to normal business days/hours on Monday, Jan 5th! To think of that a simple hobby could humbly turn into a full time passion is beyond words yet here we are. Never considered selling BBQ but thanks to all of your words of encouragement, appreciation and sincere gratitude we proudly are happy to introduce the newest member of our family: Doris the 250 and she is hungry! It took months of planning, designing, gathering resources/materials, and several setbacks but we never kept our eye off the main objective which is to better serve all of you as well as introduce a wider variety of options to our menu. Words cannot simply express the gratitude that I have for all of our customers and patrons throughout this journey and I am eternally honored to be a part of your community. This by no means was a solo collaboration so I wanna thank everyone who chipped into making this ordeal a reality which was no easy task by any means; from transporting tanks to and from the weld shop to sandblasting and painting the pit once fully assembled. Mike from @mysticsmokersllc was an invaluable resource who was kind enough to answer and further elaborate on any concerns we had throughout the build process whom without his tutelage we more than likely would very well have botched the project entirely. Once again we thank you all for your patronage and look forward to continue serving you bigger, better, juicier BBQ!
