We’ve come a hell of a way since 2010 when this photo (left) was taken and last week our kitchen received its latest evolution.
Simply put, when we started doing Nell’s in 2019 we never expected it to take off like it did. Fast forward to 2023 and our original kitchen simply wasn’t doing the job anymore. We needed a bigger space and a bigger oven to be able to keep up with demand and offer consistency and speed of service during the height of peak times. Not to mention giving our amazing kitchen staff a nicer place to work. That old kitchen was hot! 🔥
So that’s what we’ve done. Better space, better oven, better kitchen. = Better, more consistent ‘za without the wait times.
