Week 4 Autumn CSA shares!
The first broccoli of the season made it into boxes this week! The eggplants are still pumping and the salad mix was jazzed up with radicchio and rocket 🕺🏻

The farm is growing! Meet Sacha and Nicole, who work each Wednesday picking veggies for our CSA veg boxes and wholesale customers. These two joined the team over summer, making sure all your veggies are picked fresh, washed, packed, and sent out for delivery on time. Wouldn’t have made it through the peak season without them 🫶🏼🥕
Week 2 Autumn CSA Shares!
An abundance of autumn produce coming out of the farm this week, with some cheeky certified organic potatoes bought in to complete a very soup-weather box!

My favourite thing about this dish was showcasing such a simple ingredient (zucchini) and highlight how many delicious variaties there is that we source from a special little farm @urbangrow_boi
My second favourite thing was the brief of plating - just listen to your heart 😂 (which made my apprentice spiral but ended up being her favourite dish to plate.
Week 10 Summer CSA shares!
The tomatoes have slowed down, the cucumbers are practically done and autumn is in the air! And bright and bountiful late summer box this week with beautiful rainbow chard, basil, and a crunchy salad mix with lots of cos!

Week 9 Summer CSA shares (last week)
It’s been a busy summer season and as a result I keep forgetting to post these share pictures!
Last weeks box included the first of the good corn and eggplants for the season. Unfortunately the corn has copped a thrashing from rats and so a few crops were lost and other than a few meagre cobs, this was the first real pick!
It’s been a strange summer weather wise which has meant the eggplants have been slow to flower and fruit but are really starting to pump now!
