Last Sunday we hosted our first ever Freerun event in collaboration with @commit040 ! 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Many athletes came by to battle each other in multiple different challenges, which were specifically made up for this course!
@redbullned athlete @noa_diorgina came on top of the Women 16+ class! Not a big surprise since she is one of the best in the world. Above here you will find out how she managed to take the win! 🏆

Ended up getting 2 challenges done in the end. I could have gotten more if I didn't get stuck at a really scary underbar Catleap that I couldn't get myself to commit to. But realistically I could have gotten 4 challenges in total, especially in the 20 minutes we had.

King of Castle Garden 2026 werd georganiseerd in samenwerking met @commitfreerun . Freerunners uit binnen- en buitenland kwamen samen op de spot achter het Kastelenplein. Deelnemers gaven aan dat de sfeer geweldig was: indrukwekkende runs, veel support vanaf de zijlijn en een community die echt leeft.
Tijdens het event dachten jongeren en urban sporters mee over de toekomst van Castle Garden, die mogelijk verandert door de gebiedsontwikkeling. Het werd opnieuw duidelijk hoe belangrijk deze plek is, én hoe waardevol het is dat jongeren zich gehoord voelen.

Commit big trick was amazing, was nice to see everyone since a long time. Took 2th place + most creative trick, but really happy that I showed things I wanted to show! Can’t wait for next edition!
