Its purpose is to encourage everyone to take a piece, leave a piece, and help keep creativity flowing. 🧑🎨

Congratulations to Roger, our Chief Marketing Officer, on his well‑earned retirement!
We are incredibly grateful for his 14 years of leadership and the lasting impact he has made at Community First, for our members, and across the communities we serve.
Roger’s genuine commitment showed up in many meaningful ways, from volunteering in the community and serving as Board Chair for the Community First Cares Foundation, to celebrating branch groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. He also supported our partnership with the @JaxIcemen and joined in the fun at the opening of the @CommFirstIgloo (where he quite literally skated circles around the rest of us). Overall, these are just a few of the many ways Roger made a difference during his time here.
Also during his tenure, Community First was recognized as @theleagueofcus Credit Union of the Year - Florida (twice!), and named one of the Best Places to Work by the @jaxbizjournal . This recognition speaks to the kind of culture Roger helped create.
Congratulations again, and cheers to many great moments ahead. And knowing Roger, we are sure we will see him around town, likely at a Jacksonville Icemen hockey game next season. 😉
