New interview and series up on @heromag ⚡
Thanks @alexjamestaylor for the conversation and letting me showcase a bit of my home again.
Thanks @a.a.pedersen for helping me grade and make this a story beyond my desire to see trucks crush stuff.
My recent series for @heromag , shot at this year's Calgary Stampede over the course of 4 days earlier this summer. Massive thanks to @alexjamestaylor and Hero for making this happen, so grateful I had the chance to go and do a shoot that shares some of my home. Also massive thanks to @a.a.pedersen for helping me with the edits and grading on my first published B&W series.

Today marks one year since getting pretty severely injured ego-lifting at the gym and internally separating my foot from my leg, and I'm happy to announce I'll be publishing my first photo book with @metafauna sooner than later!
I probably should've left the writing for someone a bit smarter than me, but basically the book revolves around portraits I took of all the people that visited me while I was laid up in Homerton for a couple weeks, plus a few gory bits. I want this to be a positive venture and a portion of the profits will be donated back to the Homerton Hope Charity as a thank you for taking care of me for so long, the NHS and the people working for it really are amazing and deserve all the help they can get.
Massive thank you to everyone involved, shout out to @barnabylambert for making this all happen for real, looking forward to announcing the launch and release date!

From our new series for @officemagazinenyc
"Meet Roger Mairlot, better known as 'The Gig Slut' (@thegigslut ). Though he's always felt at home in both iconic and underground venues, since retiring in 2008, Roger has fully immersed himself in London’s live music scene. Roger's passion has evolved into a full-blown obsession in recent years. Aiming to attend a gig every night — at the very least — he admits that in the past year, he hasn’t attended as many as he would have liked. Still, he continues to handwrite his schedule each week, pursuing his passion with military precision and tenacity."
