We are a small collective of progressive, neurodiverse and friendly people, who share values of DIY community-building, harm reduction, mutual help, decolonialism and liberation. We speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
We would love to help like-minded people and collectives host and organize events. Our center has a spacious common area, a separate room for more private sessions, a kitchen and a balcony. 🤩

🤩 Here's our rent prices:
😮 Big room — 40 GEL/hour. This is the common area, it's spacious, but not private. Great for group events and movie screenings.
👁 Long room — 20 GEL/hour. This is the private room closest to the entrance and the balcony. Great for individual sessions, master classes and tabletop games.

Support our center through monthly donations and our Suspended Consultation Fund! 🤩
We put all our efforts towards building a community where we look out for one another, especially for those who are most vulnerable and have limited means for survival.
Monthly subscriptions help us pay our basic bills (like rent and utilities), but grants that we could use to offer free mental health care have become scarce and difficult to secure. 😖
That’s why we’re finally launching our Suspended Consultation Fund that will provide free therapy sessions for those who cannot afford the cost due to financial hardship. 🤝 The most powerful and lasting support comes from each one of us, however small the contribution.
💌 €35 roughly covers the full cost of one consultation for someone facing financial insecurity.
All unspecified one-time donations on Ko-fi will go directly to this fund. If you want us to use your one-time donation for Community Center housekeeping, please specify so in the message box.

Ее ситуация после первого переливания улучшилась лишь ненадолго. Почечная недостаточность вернула Будде энтероколит, который мы со вторым антибиотиком уже около двух недель пытаемся вылечить. Она в критически низком весе, ест и пьет через шприц, почти не может стоять и ходить, и встает только чтобы пописать рядом и снова лечь. Близкие днем и ночью ставят ей лекарства, но единственное улучшение от них - прекратились рвота и диарея, больше пока ничего. Будда сильная собака и мы ее подтянем еще, потому что если удастся убрать и энтероколит, и анемию, ей может стать чуть легче.

🏚Добро пожаловать в Островский район: здесь осенняя грязь смешивается с микоидной пылью, тощие, но дружелюбные собаки роются в мусоре, а по ночам в зоне вспыхивают странные огни.
Местные жители ведут себя... необычно. Соседи оставляют загадочные записки. В чатах появляются сообщения от мертвецов, которые нельзя удалить. Люди в масках имеют ключи от всех дверей. Высокий дом молчит о двух пропавших.
А вы просто хотели найти кота и спокойно распаковать вещи. Но в зоне отчуждения ничто не бывает по-настоящему заброшенным — что-то всегда возвращается.

В эту субботу в 15:00 дизайнерка и апсайклерка Даша предлагает послушать рассказ про сложный исторический путь кириллицы: ее появление, развитие и упрощение с начала реформ Петра I до советского союза.
Создадим свою собственную форму букв, спасая ненужную ткань! На выбор она предлагает делать общую гирлянду из флажков, вывеску или закастомить одежду✂️🧵🧶
Приносите ненужные куски ткани и непригодную одежду, особенно, если найдете их на улице!

Вообще о сборах тряпочек на улицах, такие поисковые штуки позволяют заметить мир. Чтобы не просто ходить погруженному в свои мысли, а выискивать в нем сокровище, видеть историю за каждой вещью.
Если бы человек нашёл тряпочку, сфоткал её, ещё попытался красивый кадр сделать и потом бы рассказал другим на мастер классе как и где её нашёл. Это придаёт ценность вещам, которые казались мусором.

Sasha, a volunteer at the Community Center, needs the community's support!🌟
We seek your support to help our volunteer recover from a severe and prolonged depressive episode.
Sasha is vulnerable not only due to depression and migration, but also as a neurodivergent, queer, and trans person. In this intersection of identities, finding a place and resources to start a new life is even more difficult when there is no support system.
Last month, Sasha managed to rent a place and is now looking for work, while simultaneously participating in the Community Center's life and coordination almost daily, bringing more structure and care to our space. We thank her for that help, despite her own difficult situation, and we want to support her in return.
She currently has several urgent needs:
• rent (550 GEL short)
• care for her sick cat (food and, if possible, a vet visit)
• medical examination (endocrinologist visit and tests)
• utility bills
Helping Sasha pay for her room is one of the primary goals of this fundraiser, but we hope to gradually raise the remaining funds for medical care, and we'd also be happy to forward her your job offers!
Sasha's skills and competencies include mixing and other sound work, translation from English to Russian, and some work with other content (images, video, and 3D (modeling and animation)). Sasha has previously worked with texts and qualitative research (organizing/conducting/analyzing focus groups, online panels, etc.).
We understand that there are plenty of disasters and fundraisers at the time, and many of you are already donating to them, but if there's any resource, even a small one, that you're willing to share and support our dear friend, it will give her the strength to move forward!
