Meet our newest client — @_westgrove 🤎
Led by the talented Keri MacLellan, Westgrove is an interior design studio distinguished by their appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity, and precision. While their work spans across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors, their specialty is drawing on classic forms, natural textures, and modern sensibilities to curate spaces that are considered and enduring.
Westgrove is composed of an incredible team of designers and collaborators who share the same goal of centering client experience in their process. We’ve seen firsthand the amount of thought and detail that the Westgrove team puts into every stage, from initial concept until final installation, to make sure that the client’s unique story shines through the spaces they inhabit.
We’re excited to announce the newest addition to our client roster.
Hint: you’ve seen their work across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Each one stamped with their signature finesse in curating thoughtful and elevated spaces unique to each client. After working together on other projects in the past, it’s very special to get to develop their narrative strategy.
Any guesses?
What better way to bid maple season goodbye than paying homage to our sugar shack traditions? This pop-up collaboration, Le Sugar Palace, between @primeseafoodpalace and @restaurantaupieddecochon was a sweet success because it did just that.
It started with an afternoon enjoying the outdoors, as is customary for a proper cabanes à sucre, then guests headed inside and were welcomed by a maple feast carefully curated by Chefs @michaelpicard , Phil, @robertwen , @justenne , @ja_poon and @coulsoncooks (and many more!).
The first collaboration is part of the Coulson & Friends series at Prime Seafood Palace. Stay tuned for the next one in June.

When @mimichinese opened in the fall of 2021, just as Toronto was finding its footing again, it arrived with a clear point of view and objective: to pay homage to one of the oldest and most diverse cuisines in the world. Dishes presented with their region of origin, and a team genuinely invested in sending guests out more curious about Chinese food culture than when they walked in.
The response was almost immediate and deeply felt — ranking high on the best-of lists and gaining media coverage in both national and international publications. More than 20 members of the original team are still there today, still building the restaurant together. That continuity matters. It's what longevity looks like from the inside.
In February 2026, we guided the communications strategy for the restaurant's relaunch; introducing the refreshed concept to a select group of media and grounding the story in what had earned the restaurant its place to begin with. A refreshed dining room that leans into classic, old-school comfort. An expanded menu that goes deeper into regional Chinese cooking while broadening its everyday appeal. A restaurant designed to be a place to back to again and again.
The ultimate collab: @coulsoncooks & @primeseafoodpalace x @aritzia 💫
Starting today until May 3, the custom Aritzia x Prime Seafood Palace Chocolate Cake Sundae will be available at the Toronto Eaton Centre boutique as part of the cafe’s exclusive soft serve offering. This sundae is inspired by Prime Seafood Palace’s seven‑layer chocolate cake, one of the team’s signature menu items.
In addition to this sweet treat, Aritzia and Prime Seafood Palace collaborated on limited-edition Sweatfleece styles.

Leeward House.
A boutique hotel rooted in an East Coast design, classic, coastal, and quietly layered. Think soft stripes, natural woods, linen upholstery, and a sense of ease that carries throughout. The architecture leans traditional, while the interiors bring a warmth and restraint that feels timeless.
The pool deck takes on a more playful, sun-soaked energy; a little louder, a little looser, designed as a contrast to the calm of the main house a little la dolce vita vibes.
Over the coming weeks, we’re taking you behind the scenes to site visits, walkthroughs, upholstery and millwork decision making as everything comes together.
A front row seat to the process.
Welcome to the Leeward House Design Series.
Settle in.

Bar Cart is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar that has been quietly doing exceptional work since it opened last fall. We wanted to give people a new reason to discover it.
Gourmet jello shots turned out to be that reason. A considered, culinary addition that fit the bar’s personality (and paired well with its sister restaurant @eloisetoronto ), opening up a conversation about what @bar_cart_to is capable of.
Thanks to all that came to celebrate the fun new addition to the bar’s menu last week.
our perfect evening looks something like an intimate dinner with friends and flavours inspired by nantucket and martha’s vineyard
hosted at @primeseafoodpalace — honoured to have @coulsoncooks and @marilsl create magic for us
Leeward House opens July 1 in Thornbury, bringing a quietly considered, design-driven take on boutique hospitality to Grey County. The boutique hotel features nine rooms, beautiful interiors, year-round outdoor bathing, and the kind of thoughtful details that make a stay feel personal.
More to come on @leewardhouse_hotels . We’re excited to be part of it.
@primeseafoodpalace was shaped by family memories. An open-door house, a lot of food on the table and taking good care of the people around you. With Culinary Director, @coulsoncooks at the helm, it’s a lighter, warmer steakhouse that gives seafood and vegetables equal care and love.
Spotted on Heated Rivalry, now on our client roster. 🏒 🍷
Excited to be working with @letambourtavern , a Parisian-inspired steakhouse with thoughtful, seasonal cooking and open-fire grilling in downtown Hamilton.
Looking forward to helping shape the next chapter, on screen and off. 🔥
