A very small, but very significant bump... Last sale of a 9.6 was $1350 (May 2026), and the last 9.8 $5850 (Feb 2026)... Making that tiny 0.2 bump worth an extra worth $4500!

Not a book that comes by me too often—but it’s always a pleasure when it does.
While not the very first superhero team, this is arguably one of the most influential and important ever assembled. It’s fascinating to imagine the debates behind the scenes at DC—especially the bold decision to initially leave Batman and Superman off of the cover, testing whether the newly formed Justice League would be popular on their own.
This is a beautifully presenting mid-grade copy of a true Silver Age cornerstone. Congratulations to its new owner—an incredible piece of comic history to have in your collection.

So after what seems forever it’s finally back😆
If you have been following the story behind this book you will know it originally went off to be signed by Jim Shooter & John Beatty. With the unfortunate passing of Jim I decided to get neither signatures and instead opted for a regrade. I purchased this originally as a CGC 9.4 & was going to just send it as it was for the signatures, instead I decided to take a chance on it and send it off to Jon @comicpressuk for a little clean and a press.
While at CGC for the regrade I received notification that the grade was in and well tbh it’s not the result I was expecting at all… that results was a 9.2. This did not reflect the condition of the book in the slightest so as anyone would I contested the result.
Well today after the long wait I finally have the slab back with me with the final grade result🔥🔥🔥
